Gas Hob-Electric oven: what a daft idea

I love baking.



The process: mixing flour, herbs and different ingredients to create unusual breads or a wickedly exotic cake for a special occasion.



The gentle aroma that creeps out of the oven, the taste of breads or cakes still warm from the tin, even the sight of it gets me going!
