New look Brent Going Green webpages

Brent Council's new public website launched yesterday.  The website has been completely redesigned, making it more user friendly and more accurate.  The Going Green webpages are more relevant, with up to date information and documents covering the Green Charter, climate change, Fairtrade, low carbon projects, the Welsh Harp Environmental Education Centre, and of course BSF.  You can even sign the Climate Change Pledge here.…See More

Thought this was an interesting article posted on the BBC website.  It is about how using DNA analysis can improve the data scientists have on local populations of individual animal species.  Having good records of species' populations is essential for effective conservation work, it says.http://www.bbc.co.uk/nature/21320626 See More
