Event Description

Brent Sustainability Forum meeting, 24 July, 6:30 pm, town hall

Dear BSF Member,

I hope you have all been keeping well. Francis and I have been busy organising the next BSF meeting and we hope that there is something there for everybody. You will also have a chance to meet Council officers from different work areas as well as Brent community groups.

The event is on:          24 July, 6:30 pm, Council Chambers, town hall

We will have a speaker or two to follow up on the previous topic of food. We will hear from the new allotment officer and hear news about the cemeteries consultation that has just started and follow on to the subject of transportation which should be a hot topic considering its less than a month until we will host the Olympics. The above topics will tie in nicely to the air quality strategy presentation.

We have heard back from quite a few members who already confirmed their attendance and we hope you will also be able to make the journey.

Light refreshments will be available.

Attached the previous minutes and the draft agenda.

Apologies if you have received this email twice because you are on multiple mailing lists.

The Environmental Projects & Policy team will also hold a stall at the Brent Celebrating the Flame on 25 July at King Edward VII park in Wembley.
